For our location in Wustermark we are looking for motivated specialists (m/w/d) special customer center for our special business in full time (39 hours/week). What tasks do you take care of defined special customers as a central contact person in the daily business. Coordination, control and monitoring of time-critical deliveries for production processes – with a focus on quality and time accuracy. Close cooperation with internal compartments as well as DHL branches in case of deviations in the transport process. Control of consignment documents, processing and release of incoming orders and monitoring of transport containers. Date monitoring and processing and documentation of complaints. Activity within a timeframe from 06:00 to 18:30. With what you convince us complete training as a merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services or comparable qualification with experience in the logistics industry. Good knowledge of English in word and writing. Structured, reliable and independent operation. Embossed customer and service orientation as well as analytical thinking.
