in the counties of Lower Bavaria, Upper Bavaria and Swabia/Allgäu

You are responsible for the placement of a (digital) mindset for the design of a future-oriented agency, actively focusing on the changing customer behavior. The coordination and management of team consulting within your region are key components of your responsibility areas. The firm establishment, coordination and execution of customer survey at the agency level as a development tool are your responsibility. You support the agencies in the application of (digital) sales instruments in the agency everyday, focusing on the efficient and targeted use of digital tools. Controlling the agreed digital activities in the agencies as well as ensuring sustainable implementation are your key tasks. The implementation of defined consulting and service standards is also within your responsibility. You set clear standards to ensure high-quality advice and service in the agencies. In addition, you implement the introduction of digital tools of collaboration to further improve efficiency and communication within the agencies.

You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or comparable. Alternatively, you will bring an economics studies or a technical training. With multi-year professional experience, especially in sales in the field, you bring a comprehensive expertise in this area. Your strong understanding and affinity on digital topics, coupled with good LAS skills, will enable you to successfully integrate innovative approaches. Good work organization and high flexibility are self-evident to act effectively in a dynamic environment. Your very good conversation, strong commitment and empathy enable you to understand customer needs effectively and offer individual solutions. Your strong collaborative and team capacity helps to work together successfully in a collegial environment. The willingness to travel will complete your profile.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.
