What exactly do we do:

In the team of start-up coordination, we are concerned that a part which has been newly developed or optimized is to be introduced into the plant (production). Specifically, it is about communicating with the supplier and the team at the plant and ensuring that the changeover works smoothly and without a standstill of production.

What awaits you: Practical experience: You will have the opportunity to actively work on real projects and challenges in the supply chain. This allows you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice and gain valuable insights into work-internal and cross-processes. Mentoring and support: Your assigned supervisors will accompany you throughout your internship and provide you with the necessary support to develop your skills as best as possible. You are a full-fledged team member, others rely on your work results. International environment: You will work in a multicultural environment and have the opportunity to work with colleagues from different countries, which will strengthen your intercultural skills. To this you will participate in international meetings and may also lead them. Attractive working time model: We work 35 hours a week in the sliding time model. There is also the possibility of home office and hybrid work.

You are a enrolled student and strive for a degree in a relevant degree course, such as logistics, business management, economic engineering (or similar). You are motivated, ready to learn, can work independently but also like working in the team. You have good communication skills (phone should not be a problem), speak very well German (at least B2) and ideally negotiated English. An interest in the automotive industry and the supply chain is advantageous.
