Legal Counsel Energy Law & Civil Law * (m/f/d)

Legal advice with effect: You support the HanseWerk Group independently in energy and civil law – especially in matters of the Energy Economic Act (EnWG) and the Renewable Energy Act (EEG) – and you are also working quickly into new legal developments. Process management & control: You will take the lead of proceedings before authorities and courts on your own, and will work with external law firms in a targeted and efficient manner. Contract design at eye level: You unleash, examine and negotiate contracts and make sure that complex legal matters are communicated in a comprehensible and convincing manner. Configuring standards: You develop legal requirements, internal processes and sample documents and actively contribute your expertise to continuous optimization. Sharing knowledge & Strengthening cooperation: You train disciplines and work closely with different teams – thereby convince by your open nature and ability to communicate legal content clearly. Promoting projects: You can flexibly integrate yourself into project-related topics, take different roles and actively support growth and transformation processes. Networked work: You focus on group-wide working groups and shape legal standards and best practices together with colleagues.

Funded legal expertise: You are a full legal expert*in and have knowledge of energy and civil law – ideally also in the Renewable Energy Act (EEG). Industry experience of advantage: You have ideally already worked in a law firm specialising in energy law or in a company of the energy industry. Quick conception & readiness: You like to work across areas and enjoy working quickly into new legal areas and current developments. Communication strength & convincing appearance: You bring complex legal content clearly and understandably to the point and convince by your open, sovereign personality. Project and solution orientation: You feel comfortable in a dynamic, project-related environment, take different roles and actively promote themes. Own Responsibility & Drive: You work independently, think with and take responsibility for your topics. .
