Tasks

• As a pedagogical specialist (m/w/d), our customers accompany you in hours and enable them to live independently in their own apartment.
• Your working hours are usually planned independently and in close coordination with the customers (depending on their personal situation, an accompaniment is possible on the morning, afternoon, evening or weekend).
• They provide individual assistance and enable more self-sufficiency, with the aim of as far as possible participation always in mind.
• The educational accompaniment and support in everyday life are one of your tasks as well as the mediation of life-structural skills and skills.
• These include self-sufficiency and housing, everyday management, budget management and handling of money, building and maintaining social contacts and leisure activities.
• Together, you will develop goals and appropriate measures for their implementation.

Your profile

• They have completed training as a cure nurse (m/w/d), educator (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification and have ideally already experience in accompanying people with disabilities.
• A flexible working time design is open to you and you are used to work independently and actively.
• A reflected approach to proximity and distance as well as a high social and emotional competence are both excellent.
• Ideally, you are in possession of the class B driving licence and have your own vehicle.
