You are responsible for the tests of our axles and gears and their components You guide your employees professionally and disciplinaryly You coordinate the experiments with the development department and other interfaces such as purchasing, manufacturing, etc. You plan and coordinate the experimental tasks, including the necessary resource planning You are responsible for carrying out and evaluating the experiments You carry out measurements in the test and in the use of the vehicle and prepare appropriate evaluations You transmit the results in design-relevant characteristics You work in close coordination with the development

You have a completed degree in Mechanical Engineering University / FH with a good master degree and bring relevant experience in testing or Validation of mechanical components and systems with You preferably have leadership experience You like to work independently and team-oriented You have a hand-on mentality paired with design will and communication strength You have an analytical and structured way of working and ideally bring practical and craft skills with You bring well-founded MS Office knowledge as well as strong knowledge in handling CAD programs with You have very good German (C2) and good English (B2)
