They lead and motivate a home technology team with up to 10 employees. They undertake the personnel deployment planning, control the activities to be carried out, take care of employee concerns and personnel development They ensure compliance with traffic and operational safety, plan and control maintenance measures (maintenance, inspection, testing, repair) as well as the operations of your employees and external service providers. They carry out auditable documentation in the sense of operator responsibility and are responsible for the friction-free building and plant operation in the cluster As part of the budgets provided to you, you are responsible for purchasing the necessary resources and services. You collect offers, conduct price negotiations, organize the contract award as well as the acceptance of services and check the invoices In close coordination with the Regional Managers of Construction and FM, you are involved in tenders and in the organisation and implementation of larger construction and repair measures. You control and check executed construction services in terms of quality and time keeping They support the clinic lines in the annual investment planning and in the implementation of special projects

Fachwirt/Bachelor in the field of facility management or supply technology or Masters/ Technicians in the field of HLSE building technology, with first professional experience in the field of REHA or hospital engineering or equivalent professional experience You are a leadership with organizational talent and diplomatic skills, projects are targeted, and you act cost-consciously and efficiently.
