Head of the Grunderwerb department in the field with responsibility for budget and resources in close cooperation with the management department Coordination and interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments and business units as well as branch offices, with the headquarters and other organizational units of the Autobahn GmbH clarification of contract design in all themes of basic acquisition in consultation with the management Defining technical specifications for basic acquisition and property management in consultation with the management Implementation of basic acquisition and property management requirements Processing of complex cases

Graduated academic studies (Master) with a focus on law, administration, agricultural sciences, forestry and comparable knowledge and experience Long-term professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility incl. Knowledge of the relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g. BGB, GBO, FStrG, 1.+2.
