We are looking for a system developer (m/w/d) who understands the optical foundations of our laser systems and with us innovative ways to develop new systems and sensors. We offer you the opportunity to significantly shape the entire development process of our systems and introduce your ideas. As a system developer (m/w/d), you work closely with the experts in the fields of mechanics, electronics and software to translate customer requirements into customized technical solutions. Be part of our team and create new technological masterpieces. Your tasks: Development of optronic system and subsystem concepts and technical specifications Implementation of requirements analyses and system tests incl. Integration and error analysis as well as the creation of scales and technical decision templates (including make or buy) Creation of test concepts and system documentation Stakeholder management and regular reporting in the project context, as well as accompanying technical reviews and audits Support for technical customer presentations and negotiations with partners and suppliers

Complete technical studies, ideally optoelectronics, laser technology, electrical engineering, physics or a comparable subject area Ideally multi-year professional experience in a technical department and in the handling of technical projects Structured operation, communication strength and team capacity Negotiating knowledge of English, in particular in the technical context Global readiness
