You transfer order requirements in the SAP system to legally compliant orders. They take care of requirements of internal customers and adapt relevant information. They ensure that all purchasing documents comply with internal requirements. You agree order confirmations and communicate deviations. They are central contact for suppliers, purchasing, creditor management and financial accounting. They work on the automation of the ordering process and support the rollout of specialized procurement. You select suitable suppliers and take care of smaller claims or claims.

They have completed commercial training and provide a solid understanding of business processes. They have at least two years of professional experience in shopping and are well familiar with the processes. You have profound knowledge in the area of purchasing and work safely with SAP.
