You work in the area of Professional Services and are responsible for the technical design, installation and configuration of network technologies in the project business, focusing on components from Fortinet. You develop modern network designs for new and existing customers and bring your expertise into interdisciplinary teams. You analyze security-relevant events (Security Incidents) and monitor and audit firewall, VPN and network devices (physical and virtual). You support specialist areas in the implementation of safety guidelines, best practices and curing measures. You are also active in 2nd and 3rd level support for networks and firewalls. You take tasks in the field of e-mail security and work in new topics. You also support our team in presales activities, such as customer technical advice and solutions.

Completed training or study with IT focus (e.g. specialist informatics) Multiannual experience in network security and sound knowledge about common network technologies Practical experience with Fortinet Secure Networking and Fortinet User & Device Security components Email Security is familiar to you and you are motivated to further deepen your knowledge in this area and to accompany customer projects German (C1)- and very good English knowledge in word and writing
