Calculator for the TGM area – North/East region (m/f/d)

For our Hamburg location we are looking for a dedicated calibrator (m/w/d) in the field of service, maintenance & technical building management (TGM), which actively shapes our projects with vision, precision and real hands-on mentality. With your structured way of working, technical understanding and enjoyment of team-wide cooperation, you are instrumental in developing economically viable and service-oriented solutions for our customers. Offer calculations for service, maintenance and TGM services Support of our sales in supply and contract requests Examination of performance directories, maintenance contracts and service concepts Economic evaluation of customer requests and projects Close cooperation with our project managers and sales managers Maintenance of costing bases, prices and internal tools Participation in the further development of our service and maintenance products Support in contract negotiations (calculatory cooperation)

You have completed commercial or technical training, e.g. as an industrial merchant (w/m/d), technician (w/m/d) or master (w/m/d), and/or completed studies. Ideally you bring experience in costing or in service or Maintenance and are motivated to use this knowledge in a targeted way in costing. Your communication strength, your team spirit and your high level of commitment and flexibility are also characterized in work-intensive phases. You have a good understanding of technical relationships in plant engineering or in technical building management (TGM). A structured, reliable and independent operation completes your profile.
