Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the cost, timing and quality Procurement of goods and raw materials
• Implementation of project-related shopping in close coordination with the department
• Acquisition, analysis and comparison of offers for optimal Supplier selection
• Monitoring delivery dates as well as proactive delivery services
• Ensuring efficient inventory and participation in strategic development of procurement processes
• identification and qualification of new or alternatives Suppliers, including market and trade fair visits
• Creation and analysis of purchasing codes to optimize the Supplier performance and cost savings
• Conducting price and contract negotiations in accordance with Purpose
• Coordination and processing of complaints Procurement process

Your profile:

• completed commercial or technical training or corresponding studies
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable task
• Safe and convincing appearance with the ability to to prepare and present information clearly and structured
• independent, flexible and well-organized working methods with strong team and communication skills
• Good English knowledge of word and writing desirable
• Funded knowledge in MS Office and in handling ERP systems
