As a trainee (m/w/d) you will be systematically introduced into the versatile field of activity as a leasing manager (m/w/d) in the General Ledger area by ''training on the job'' You gain first experience in balancing leases (IFRS/HGB/TAX) You run all relevant functions in accounting as well as adjacent areas such as controlling or IT and get to know the internal processes from different perspectives You actively shape the further development of our process landscape and introduce yourself with your own ideas You work in projects, take smaller work packages independently and support the implementation of optimization measures As part of the trainee program, you will get to know different branches - a multi-week stay abroad would also be conceivable

You have a successfully completed degree in economics, informatics or engineering with a focus on accounting, accounting, tax theory, etc. You've met the Accounting section through first practical experience (training/practice/work student activity) and ideally had first contact points with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics You have an analytical mindset and has a good understanding of numbers Entrepreneurial thinking is self-evident - so you are ready to show a high commitment and a sense of responsibility for achieving your goals Your high team skills and your will to make new things stand out You can adjust to different target groups, bring the necessary empathy and communicate with your counterpart at eye level Flowing German and English skills complete your profile - another foreign language would be desirable You do not meet all the criteria of the job ad, but do you want to become part of the #GENERATIONTK?
