Shift manager warehouse logistics, preferably master craftsman (m/f/d)

As a layer manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for a layer – including layer planning, layer protocols and layer transfers – and work closely with the area management at the Falkensee site. You guide your team in a disciplined and professional way and proceed as a model to achieve the goals set together: As a manager, you plan and coordinate the personnel deployment as well as the task distribution and ensure smooth and efficient workflows in warehouse logistics. Together with your team coordinators, you will ensure the optimal integration of new employees and take care of the further development of your team. You ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements (storage rules, safety regulations, quality standards, etc.). For our customers, you are a binding contact person and continuously tune to order processing. You always have key figures and productivity in mind and actively participate in process optimization and lean management.

You can already look back on experience in leading position, like production or logistics. We can also count on your willingness to use, team spirit and high customer orientation – you work structured, remain resilient, always keep an overview and communicate solution-oriented. You'll also bring the following: If possible, you have a completed logistical training, e.g. as a specialist for warehouse logistics – a further training for the warehouse master (m/w/d) or the like is also advantageous. Ideal would be multi-year professional and leadership experience in warehouses, like team management, shift management or in coordinating position. With MS Office and common warehouse management software, you are sure to handle, ideally with SAP. You already have proof of industrial trucks in your pocket. You are flexible in time and ready to work in alternating layers (spring and late layers).
