We are looking for a: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) You work mainly on working days in the time window from 07:00 – 18:00.

We organize routines digitally, maintain standards and organize structuredly without forgetting that individuality is significant for experiences. You will become an important co-host.

Your tasks You will set up schedules with a view to efficiency, quality and employee satisfaction.

You ensure consistently high quality by maintaining and developing manuals and checklists.

You're planning our cash systems and the reservation program

You support R&B management in projects and support their implementation.

You take over and coordinate administrative tasks throughout the R&B sector.

You work about. 2 hours daily in the R&B, the remaining working time you spend predominantly in the office.
