Your tasks

Monthly Financial Reporting & KPI Analysis: You set up the monthly financial reporting and provide figures and data from accounting for management, board, heads and leads. You're analysing plan-actual deviations.

Project and customer controlling: You keep an overview of order intake, budget usage, margins and billable Hours. You work closely with sales and delivery and deliver important insights into the profitability of products, customers and business areas.

Planning, Forecast & Scenario Analysis: You develop planning scenarios, define parameters and analyze deviations. Your work is the basis for strategic business decisions.

PowerBI reporting: You actively shape our reports – from the requirement analysis with stakeholders to the use of new PowerBI features to the adaptation to changed structures.

Sparring & vote: You are a contact person:in specialist areas, boards, heads and leads. You enter proactive requirements, answer ad-hoc requests and explain complex numbers intelligible.

Automation & Process Optimization: You drive automation forward, overhaul existing reports and establish new processes – with IT affinity and hands-on mentality.

Solid control experience: You have completed a commercial training or a BWL degree and have several years of practical experience in operational controlling – ideally in the IT or consulting environment.

Accounting know-how: You have a high affinity for numbers and costs, understand relationships and can interpret and explain results. Knowledge of accounting is self-evident.

PowerBI or comparable BI tools: You have already worked with PowerBI or another BI tool and can visualize and prepare data.

Independent & communicative mode of operation: You work independently, are open and communicative. You're proactively clarifying queries and getting active.

IT Affinity: You can safely move into digital tools like GSuite, Slack & Co.

Language skills: You speak German fluently and bring good English into word and writing.
