Legal Monitoring: You identify new regulatory requirements and legislative proposals, align implementation requirements and monitor the implementation of the measures. Regular compliance: regular monitoring of compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. Risk analysis: updating and further development of the MaRisk compliance risk analysis including the associated reporting. Advice: You are a contact person:in both the management and the departments and conduct internal and external votes on MaRisk compliance topics. Project work: You bring your expertise into banking projects and accompany them. Process optimization: You will be involved in the further development of the MaRisk Compliance feature. Process development: You develop internal processes and work instructions. Test reference: You accompany internal and external audits.

Relevant studies or training, ideally with a focus on economic law, business management or as a banking specialist First experience in compliance is desirable Outstanding communication skills and enforcement capabilities Strong team spirit and secure MS office knowledge Ready to work into new systems
