Architect or civil engineer as project manager (m/f/d)

You independently manage construction projects for the hospitals of the Oberschwabenklinik in all planning and implementation phases as project management and take over the building function You are part of the Hospitals team and take responsibility in the development and design of hospitals for our region You control the dialogue-based analysis of user needs and the definition of project objectives in close coordination with the participating target groups You act and decide on the contract design and award of the planning and construction services and are responsible for the handling and enforcement of contracts

You have completed university studies in civil engineering or architecture Multiannual experience in managing and controlling complex construction projects is advantageous You are decision-making and result-oriented You are interested in implementing new ideas and innovations You have a high level of social competence and valuable communication
