Management of the practices in Munich – cross-location (m/f/d)

For over 40 years we have been at Südblick for first-class ophthalmic care in a well-being atmosphere – with more than 40 locations in and around Augsburg, Munich and Allgäu. Our experienced, sympathetic team of around 500 eye doctors and ophthalmologists as well as medical professionals work with the latest technology in a friendly working atmosphere. Our patients are highly medically and humanly cared for in our eye centres. We need your support.

You are responsible for the cross-site practice organisation and control of the practice processes with the aim of ensuring smooth operation at all locations in the assisted region – in close cooperation with the medical lines, the doctors and the practice lines. You act as a central interface between practice management, medical management, personnel department and management. The cross-site personnel planning is in your responsible hands as well as the creation of service and holiday plans. In your role, you promote motivation, cooperation and further development in the practice team. You support patient and quality management according to the appropriate requirements. A design and optimization of the processes is prepared by you and established after consultation.

You have a completed training for the MFA or ZFA and a further education as a practical manager, specialist for outpatient medical care or a completed training for the health professional. You already bring first leadership experience, as well as sound knowledge in ophthalmology and know yourself in billing processes. You're committed, reliable and don't let you get out of your mind so quickly. In addition, you are interested in attracting new knowledge and practical application.
