Working Student Recruiting (m/w/d)

We are looking for students who want to practice next to their studies and support our recruiting team for 15 – 20 hours/week. Ideally, you are still immatriculated for at least 12 months and can also accompany us over this period. The next possible start date is September 2025. You perform a variety of tasks along talent management. Starting with the screening of incoming applications, you are fully involved in the recruiting process and actively supports our team. You take responsibility for the appointment organization with our talents, independently process in-depth enquiries and make a big contribution to the positive Candidate Experience. In addition, you will be tied into other tasks that arise spontaneously or project-based from the daily business in recruiting.

You are in an advanced bachelor's or at the beginning of a master's degree, preferably in the field of BWL, Social Sciences, Psychology or the like, also with a focus on the human resources sector. Ideally, you could already gain first practice experiences in recruiting. You are safe in handling MS Office. Your knowledge of German and English in word and writing are safe from negotiation.
