For our consulting team, we are looking for a personality that is responsible for our existing customers in the food and beverage industry – focusing on production and logistics processes. You advise small and medium stock customers (SMEs) in the design and optimization of their business processes along the value chain – from production to warehouse and logistics to shipping. You carry out workshops, coaching and process analyses with specialist departments and translate the results into practical concepts, responsibilities and DV documentation. You implement solutions in the system yourself and work closely with key users and IT contact partners on the customer side. You plan and carry out training – digitally and locally, ensuring that users can work safely with the solutions. You work on ticket-based customer requests and help them solve questions or problems pragmatically in the daily business.

You don't have to perfectly meet all the points more important is that you want advice, processes and the food industry. A degree in business informatics, business management, production management or comparable training – alternatively multi-year relevant practice experience, e.g. as a key user: in an ERP system. First experience with ERP introductions, release changes or process projects – also from (part-)project responsibility or key-user role. Ideally industry knowledge in the food and beverage industry or in production and logistics processes; Experience from other manufacturing industries is also welcome. Very good German in word and writing as well as the ability to explain specialist topics in a comprehensible manner and to moderate workshops. Secure handling of MS Office and openness for digital tools (e.g. OpenProject, Jira, Confluence); Practical knowledge in SQL is a plus, but no requirement – you can learn from us.
