Head of Shopfitting (m/f/d)

Responsibility for shop building, store building, modernization and rollout projects Control of all shop building projects in compliance with budgets, timings and quality standards Development and development of store concepts, shop building standards and design guidelines incl. CAD drawings Ensuring cost, appointment and quality objectives Responsibility for maintenance, maintenance and facility topics in the branch network and in the headquarters Management and further development of the internal shop building team as well as control of external service providers Close cooperation with expansion, purchasing, visual merchandising and management Responsibility for the security concept of the central office and the management of closing and access systems Construction and control of sustainable energy management incl. Energy purchasing

Multiannual professional experience in shop building, interior construction or construction project management (ideally in retail), completed studies in a comparable field or a further education to the technician or Master in craftsmanship desirable Funded knowledge in project management, budget management and building and approval law Embossed feel for design, brand effect and functional area planning Safe handling of CAD programs (all plan) as well as common office and planning tools Experience in managing external service providers and complex projects Impressed leadership and organisational strength as well as structured, independent working High cost awareness, enforcement and negotiation skills Communication strength, hand-on mentality and readiness to travel ideally knowledge of energy management and occupational safety
