• You take over a leadership function within the team and are responsible for the coordination and organisation of team tasks. • You develop team standards in close consultation with the setup management, evaluate them regularly and adapt them if necessary. • You are in close contact with the installation line. • You are responsible for the incorporation of new employees. • You ensure compliance with all the requirements of the accommodation including the home order. • You actively promote a positive team atmosphere and strengthen team cohesion. • You identify deficits and conflicts in the team at an early stage and offer solutions. • You serve refugees in an accommodation in Frankfurt am Main / Rödelheim. • You support the residents in day-structuring measures and contribute to ensuring compliance with the applicable domestic regulations. • You will inform the residents by contacting them, as well as by hangings, flyers or other information formats. • You participate in the announcement of offers, promotions and activities within the accommodation, in particular in cooperation with the voluntary coordination.

• You work targeted, independent and careful. • You think structured and have pronounced organizational skills. • You are characterized by high operational readiness and personal stability. • You also keep an overview in stress situations. • You are in a decision-making process and take responsibility for yourself and your team. • You always maintain confidentiality and deal confidentially with sensitive information. • You ideally have several years of professional experience in refugee aid. • You love dealing with people of different cultures. • You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. ''Deutsch B2 + Berufs'). • You ideally have completed training or a comparable qualification. • You can provide a non-returning guide. • You are ready to participate in further education and training.
