(m/w/d) and direct reports Internal and external contact persons*in all topics within the development process of our plastics products Coordination and monitoring of project operations after milestones and monitoring of internal KPIs Promoting process and product optimization within the development of plastics Responsibility for decision-making in internal and external development issues as well as management of cross-disciplinary topics Interface to produce works in Austria, Hungary and Mexico

Complete technical studies or further qualification for state-tested technicians Multiannual professional experience in plastics technology, ideally required for an automobile manufacturer or an automotive supplier Multiannual leadership experience as well as strong team and communication skills required Extensive knowledge in project and process management International readiness and excellent knowledge of German and English
