You shape and accompany the teaching in generalistic nursing training based, creative and competence-oriented. As a learning companion:in you support the development of our trainees individually and empathically. You actively contribute to the further development of curricula and digital teaching learning formats. During exams, you are in the middle of planning up to evaluation. You connect theory and practice in a sensible way – through practical references and collegial cooperation. A completed training in nursing (health, children's and elderly care) and a completed or ongoing study of nursing education (B.A. or M.A.) or a comparable educational training. Cross entry is desired! You are curious, open to new things and want to actively shape teaching and learning. You like to work in the team, take responsibility and have fun seeing others grow.
