As an experienced senior IT system engineer in the Microsoft & Cloud area, you take the technical support for a hybrid Microsoft infrastructure. You are part of strategic projects and design modern cloud solutions – at an established insurance company in Hamburg. Strategic development and stabilization of on-prem Windows infrastructure (Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, DFS) at a high technical level. Holistic architecture & implementation of Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, M365) in hybrid environments. Developing and operating security policies in close coordination with the IT security team Optimization & Automation using Infrastructure as Code – with tools such as Terraform, Git, PowerShell, Azure Automation.

At least 5-8 years of experience in the administration of complex Microsoft infrastructures in enterprise environments. Deep expert knowledge in Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Azure, M365, Hybrid architectures. Practice with automation by PowerShell, Terraform and Git Several successfully completed projects focusing on infrastructure, migration or security Excellent communicative skills in German – safe in stakeholder communication at leadership level.
