On behalf of our customer, a modern and successful traditional brewery, we are looking for a future chef (m/w/d) with passion for cooking, modern technology and a strong team In this position, you take over the culinary leadership and, together with a motivated team of around 15 employees, give the sound in the kitchen. You lead, promote and inspire chefs, kitchen helpers and apprentices. You create an environment in which craftsmanship and modern technology (Cook and Chill, Sous Vide, Green Vac) go hand in hand. With your creativity, you create seasonal menus, put on regional products in biosphere quality and bear the responsibility for a certified 3-lion gastronomy. Purchasing, budget planning and quality control are in your hands as well as the consistent implementation of all hygiene and safety standards. At the same time, you continuously develop the kitchen processes, expand the in-house production and work closely with the management and management.

You are learned cook/kitchen and already have experience in managing a kitchen. Your heart beats for Swabian cuisine and regional specialties, at the same time you are familiar with modern cooking methods. You think entrepreneurial, act profit-oriented and understand your team with responsibility, clear leadership and enthusiasm. In addition to organizational talent and quality awareness, you will be able to handle goods management and kitchen control systems.
