Coordination of training by external partners and communication between customers and clients Implementation of suspensions for maintenance of rail vehicles Designing targeted training documents and learning formats Date and resource planning for training campaigns Further development of existing training concepts through modern methods and didactics, e.g. with tutorials or e-learning formats

Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering or industrial engineering Qualification as a technician:in or comparable Long-term professional experience Advantageous expertise in maintenance of rail vehicles Know-how in the field of didactics and Adult education High media competence Travel activities exceeding 30 %
