Management – Purchasing Group for Hearing Aid Acoustics Companies (m/f/d)

Pro Akustik GmbH & Co. KG is a nationwide shopping community for owner-operated radioacoustics specialists. Our members stand for quality, audiological competence and entrepreneurial responsibility. The Community's aim is to support its members in a variety of ways, to strengthen their economy, to accompany them in the long term, to moderate changes and to position them sustainably in the market. We are looking for you as Managing Director (m/w/d) to follow and continue the strategic orientation with a well-founded industry knowledge, leadership experience and a strong service provider understanding.

You assume the overall strategic and operational responsibility for the purchasing community and work closely with the Supervisory Board You gain new members, develop them and ensure their long-term commitment to the Community You lead the organization, drive its continuous development forward and optimize existing structures You serve the member companies personally and are regularly present on site You are responsible for budget, balance sheet and key economic indicators You actively observe the market, maintain your network within the listening acoustics industry and regularly inform members of relevant developments You represent the Community against industrial partners, associations (e.g. BIHA, BVI) and other market participants You conduct negotiations and create contracts with suppliers and industrial partners

You have multi-year leadership and management experience, ideally in hearing acoustics or alternatively in optics, medical technology, medical specialist trade, manufacturer or association environment You bring a very good understanding of owner-managed specialist shops. You are familiar with overall economic responsibility and the handling of budgets and balance sheets You convince with pronounced communication and negotiation strength You appear as an empathic, sovereign leader who communicates with respect and decides clearly You think entrepreneurial and combine this with a pronounced service provider self-conception You are mobile and ready to travel nationwide
