Supports are customer- and article-related special discounts that our industrial partners grant to igefa. You make sure that these agreements are properly applied for, maintained and billed and thus make an important contribution to partner cooperation with our suppliers.

Recording and processing of incoming support requests from the sales services Requesting and requesting support conditions at our suppliers Maintaining all incoming support data in the goods management system, including through electronic data exchange Plausibility check of data and monitoring of contract term Processing and dispatch of monthly and quarterly support requirements to suppliers Examination and processing of incoming credits and billing data Asset management and clarification of differences with suppliers

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the commercial sector A very good understanding of figures and affinity for accounting topics Safe handling of Excel and ideally with goods management systems Good knowledge of current MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
