In the field of business organization These are your colleagues This position has been created to bring more structure, transparency and efficiency to our supplier and service provider management and to support the specialist areas in a targeted manner. You are located in the area of corporate organisation, where the teams Customer Care Center, project & process management and central services are also located organizationally. In your role, however, you work across areas with all departments that commission service providers or control existing supplier relationships. Your goal: You establish clear standards, create robust decision-making bases and make sure that we use external partners economically, qualitatively and comprehensible. You are a central point of contact and coordinator about all service provider-related topics in the company.

You check incoming demand requirements from the departments, structure them and assess first aspects such as need or possible double assignments You build a central supplier and service provider overview and continuously develop it – as a reliable source of information for the entire company You support market analysis by providing benchmarks, experience values and comparison data to providers and services You coordinate tenders and offer requests, prepare them in a structured manner and use templates, checklists as well as the coordination with IT, compliance and risk management (the final selection decision remains with the departments) You will start meaningful comparisons of offers (e.g. price, performance, SLA) and prepare sound basis for decision-making for the departments on You carry out compliance and risk checks (e.g. penalty lists, minimum requirements) and document them completely and carefully You coordinate cooperation between departments and interfaces such as IT, law, compliance and risk management You secure a revision-proof documentation and take care of the classification and collection of all service providers according to defined governance requirements You keep important KPIs and SLA key figures in mind, analyze them and give impulses to the further development of our supplier relationships

You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by a further education (e.g. business specialist (IHK) or comparable) You could already gain first experience in purchasing or service provider management or in a comparable coordinating role You bring with you a distinct analytical and structured mindset and enjoy creating transparency You have a good understanding of economic relationships and can easily prepare complex topics You are sure to deal with current MS Office applications, especially with Excel, and ideally have experience with evaluations and reporting You convince by your communication strength and your organizational talent – even when you vote with different contact persons You work independently, carefully and responsible You want to build new structures and actively contribute
