In the course of our steady growth for years, we are looking for support in the field of human resources at the Cologne-Rodenkirchen site Wage and salary accountant in parttime (20-30 weekly hours)

Management of personnel records, annual wage accounts and working time accounts of all employees Preparation, preparation and verification of salary statements Timely transfer of salaries and levies Delivering mandatory notifications to authorities and health insurance companies Granting of information on salary bills and the like Preparation of employment contracts, certificates and other documents

Applicable training and at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position Good knowledge of tax, labour and social security law Secure handling of accounting and wage/content accounting software (ideally SAGE 100, SAGE HR) as well as the MS Office pallet Certain way of working with good understanding of numbers Quiet, balanced personality
