A dedicated team of 10 colleagues awaits you, which supports the Sparkasse in a variety of topics. Together, we are responsible for the service provider management in the areas of cloud and financial informatics as well as the workplace infrastructure, mobile devices, networks and change and ICT setup management.

Your tasks – we will inspire you You ensure that the proper operation of the contracted cloud services in the Microsoft-Azure environment is ensured at any time, and control cooperation with the relevant partners. The design, negotiation and monitoring of the respective contracts are your responsibility. In close coordination with internal departments and management, you bring topics together, create transparency and promote smooth cooperation. You prepare information to address and support the preparation of sessions at management level with your organizational staff. In addition, you develop concepts, actively engage in projects and take responsibility for managing (partial) projects.

Your profile – this is how you inspire us A completed study in the field of IT, business or a comparable qualification forms the technical foundation for your entry into this position. You bring several years of experience in the care and control of (inter)national cloud providers and their technical platforms. The processing of large amounts of information is just like a structured and addressable reporting system. Conceptual thinking belongs to your strengths, and also complex information you analyze structured and with a good sense of connection. With your communicative way, you convey content in a comprehensible and convincing manner, while your pronounced service orientation shapes cooperation with different contact persons.

The enrollment of the enrolled office is expected to be carried out in the 13 TVöD group. Depending on the relevant professional experience, an assignment to levels 2 to 6 is regularly considered when hiring. This currently results in an annual tariff gross entry fee including special tariff payments in a range from 73,000 euros to 97,000 euros. The final compensation package is based on the professional experience, activity to be carried out and the collective bargaining arrangements.
