We specialize in the production of legally safe heating and operating costs and in the measurement of heating and hot water consumption. The customer group includes house administrations, housing companies and private property owners. You take over the commercial processing of heating and operating expenses You process and clarify questions of our customers You take over the independent processing of individual customer correspondence You are competent contact for our customers on all topics of heating and operating costs You are responsible for the documentation of business incidents You work with colleagues across areas You contribute to the design and implementation of company-internal optimization processes

You have a successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training or studies, preferably in the field of residential You were ideally able to gain professional experience in the accounting area and/or the measuring service industry You have good knowledge of MS-Office applications and modern means of communication You have a strong service and customer orientation to ensure our high customer satisfaction You show high commitment and responsibility You show a pronounced understanding of numbers You are characterized by a rapid understanding and a careful, reliable and independent way of working
