Managing Director Real Estate Management (m/f/d)

As Managing Director Immobilienverwaltung (w/m/d), you will conduct and develop the site in an operational and strategic manner along clear target images together with a GF team. You are responsible for WEG management and HR: Recruiting, Onboarding, Human Resources Development and Binding Control from a single source. You ensure legal, quality and KPI-based processes and improve the client experience measurable. Representation to owner communities, councils, service providers and authorities is one of your tasks as well as planning the budget. You take over the commercial sector (financial/object accounting) as well as IT/digitalization and drive the transformation forward.

The basis of your career is a commercial training, an economic study or a comparable degree. You bring several years of leadership experience in real estate management, preferably with focus WEG. You are able to safely classify WEG law and make practical decisions; no pure asset management background is sought. As an experienced manager, you have managed teams with 10-20 employees and have proven the systematic development of performance and talents. You can distinguish your sovereign, powerful appearance and high IT affinity. Last but not least you have very good German skills.
