You are responsible for the planning of modern heating systems and systems as well as the precise implementation of customer requirements. Thanks to your expertise, you will develop planning suggestions as well as plant configurations with the help of self-generated and partially predefined technical data. As part of software applications, you carry out technical elaborations, simulations and cost-effectiveness calculations, taking into account economic and legal requirements. When it comes to technical questions from installers, heating builders, end customers or public institutions, we focus on you – as well as on the application of standard catalogues and processes as well as on support for problem solutions. You introduce your technical expertise and support the sales service in general technical questions. Last but not least, you take over the compilation as well as the internal communication of general information on product consulting and legal requirements.

Training: completed commercial or technical training (e.g. as a plant mechanic:in, industrial clerk or Industrial businessman, wholesale and foreign trade manager:in) or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by a further training to the heater master:in or state-tested technicians:in the heating industry experience and know-how: multi-year professional experience; well-founded industry knowledge in the field of SHK; general product and system knowledge in hydraulic and regulatory engineering; safe handling of SAP, CRM and technical design software Personality and working methods: You communicate complex technical issues customer-oriented and understandable, work team-oriented and develop precise solutions thanks to your strong technical-analytical skills, even for complex issues Languages: German in word and writing
