Your tasks: You use CNC-controlled machines or systems (e.g. turning, milling or grinding machines) You monitor the manufacturing process and intervene in malfunctions You change tools and customize adjustment data as needed You test finished workpieces with measuring means such as sliders or micrometers You document measurements, quantities and deviations according to specifications You carry out smaller maintenance and cleaning work on the machine You can read technical drawings and set measures You ensure order and cleanliness in the workplace You maintain all safety and quality requirements You operate several machines simultaneously and ensure a smooth operation You change smaller CNC programs directly at the controller (e.g. Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens) You work particularly precisely according to drawing and pay attention to tight tolerances

Your profile: A completed training in the metal sector (e.g. as machining mechanicin, industrial mechanicin, machine and plant guide*in) or several years of experience in CNC machines Experience in operating CNC turning, milling or grinding machines Technical understanding and a good eye for measurements and quality You can read simple drawings and lists You have experience in handling measuring devices (e.g. sliders, micrometers) You work reliably, carefully and independently You adhere to safety requirements and quality standards You can customize programs to control (e.g. Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens) You work quickly, quality-consciously and keep track of routine work You have a good understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing tolerances
