You receive incoming fault messages and requests by phone or ticket system You can classify, prioritize and document these professionally Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot disturbances in the DSL and fiber network as well as in the home network of our customers Complex disorders guide you to our specialist departments or suppliers As a communicative interface, ensure a smooth flow of information between the departments involved You take care of the 1st and 2nd level support in the Helpdesk area Internet / Telecommunications You always process technical inquiries service-oriented, friendly and solution-oriented

Complete training in the telecommunications industry or comparable professional experience in the technical field, e.g. specialist informatics for system integration, IT system electronics, specialist informatics for application development Multiannual experience in telephone support and customer advice, ideally in complex technical environments Knowledge of the technologies WLAN, DSL, VDSL, Voice over IP and FTTB/H Quick conception and pronounced communication skills, especially in direct customer contact Excellent service and customer orientation, coupled with a reliable, independent and structured operation Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications; Experience with ticket systems or CRM tools of advantage Flowing German knowledge in word and writing, clear expressability on the phone
