You make sure that our systems for master data and salary billing run smoothly, identify optimization potentials and implement them efficiently. Multiannual professional experience in the application and configuration of SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, PY, PT, OM and/or ESS/MSS), in particular in the fields of master data management and salary accounting. Ideally knowledge of ABAP, ABAP Objects, Web Dynpro, FORI and SAP SuccessFactors. Relevant knowledge of laws and regulations in the field of master data management and salary accounting, ideally in (producing) business or retail. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. IT affinity, analytical approach as well as an independent, structured and service-oriented manner.
