Consultant Process Management (m/f/d)

You capture, write and optimize existing and new operational end-to-end processes, in particular with regard to data flows. You document processes, accompany changes and support in building standards and guidelines. You continuously monitor processes both technically and organizationally and analyze process data to identify quality improvements together with stakeholders. You conduct vulnerability analyses, minimise risks and sources of errors and ensure compliance with defined processes. You act as a central contact for stakeholders in the field of data flows and actively support networking and coordination between the departments.

You have a Master's or Diploma degree in Business Informatics or a comparable discipline. You have several years of professional experience in process management and know the core processes of the energy industry. You bring well-founded knowledge in modelling, analysis and optimization of business processes and implement them safely in practice. You also have experience in dealing with internal and external service providers and know how to successfully manage and design cooperations.
