They support the department in all tasks, e.g.: Planning, organisation and implementation of measures such as construction projects and object visits Procurement of building documents as well as digitization and archiving of audit documents, plans and other project documents Collection and photo documentation of the existing buildings Creating construction drawings together with the approval and execution planning team Participation in project dates and logging of results Organisation of appointments within the projects

You are full-time for the course Immobilien- & Facilitymanagement, Architecture or Civil Engineering (min. 5th semester) Further requirements: Ideally, you will bring first knowledge of building order law An affinity for the technical management of real estate and corresponding key figures as well as for computer applications (SAP, CAD, BLB own applications etc.) complete your profile The common Microsoft Office tools will surely control you Your self-employed and careful way of working will make you profitable In addition to your sovereign appearance, you convince as a team-oriented personality They bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)
