SAP ERP AMS Specialist Lead with a focus on SAP MM / Procurement (m/f/d)

This senior role combines strong operational AMS work in the SAP logistics environment with professional leadership - the ideal next career step from the experienced SAP-MM consultant into a lead role, without disciplinary Liability.

The focus is clearly on SAP MM / Procurement in Application Management Service: around 70 to 80 percent of operational support in ongoing operation, with 20 to 30 percent of the specialist management of a smaller group. AMS is not an attachment here, but the heart of the department. It is not about implementation projects, but about stable operation, fast problem solution and reliable orientation for the team.

Operational AMS operation: ticket processing, customer support and problem solution during operation (incident, problem, change and release management). Logistics: L2/L3 support with clear focus on SAP MM / Procurement, ideally complemented by EWM and adjacent logistics modules. Technical control: technical management of a smaller group as well as orientation and support for the logistics team, without disciplinary responsibility. Stable operation & quality: ensuring SLAs, KPIs and compliance requirements in the AMS service. Root-Cause Analysis: Analysis of Disorders and Discharge of Sustainable Measures Instead of Short-term Workarounds. Coordination: coordination and control of internal teams and service providers in operation. Projects occur in a separate way but do not form the core.

SAP MM / Procurement: well-founded, practice-proven knowledge as a mandatory module; additional EWM experience is a clear plus. Experience: around 3 to 5 years of relevant SAP experience; with very strong potential is also somewhat less conceivable. AMS affinity: real pleasure in application management and ongoing operation, not primarily project-driven. Lead-Ambition: desire to take on professional responsibility and take the step into a leadership role without disciplinary responsibility. Communication & appearance: pronounced communication strength, reliability and a positive, sovereign appearance. Qualification: completed studies (e.g. business informatics, BWL) or a comparable qualification. language: very good German knowledge required; English knowledge of advantage.
