Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Gerlingen We are looking for an experienced Finance Process Expert, with several years of experience in both internal and external accounting, to actively participate in the process of governance in the field of Record to Report, as well as to support the integration of acquired organizational units. Their tasks include:Strategic definition, further development and optimization of processes in the Record to Report, including definition and pursuit of important KPI and control requirements Ensuring the mapping of legal and internal requirements, as well as harmonisation and standardisation of business processes taking into account the requirements of different business models Analysis of Finance Processes and Identification & Assessment of Process Risks for Purchased Organisational Units Development and implementation of integration plans for new organisational units In an international context, You will work closely with various stakeholders of the Bosch organizational units, service organisations and central functions to ensure that internal and external reporting requirements are met.

Education: completed university studies of business administration, accounting, financial and accounting, or a comparable degree programme Experiences and know-how: sound knowledge and experience in internal and external finance processes in particular Record to Report; experience in the integration of new business units (Post Merger Integration); Knowledge of how to use SAP applications (especially in finance), MS-Office and project management tools Personality and working methods: You have excellent analytical skills; You are strong and self-sponsored, your communication strength is as good as your team spirit; You have the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a rapidly changing environment Languages: very good German and English in word and writing *The gross annual salary for this body is, according to our regulations, at least EUR 118,000 for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the operational requirements).
