Rewards Specialist DACH (f/m/d)

As a Reward Specialist (m/w/d), you take a key role in the design and implementation of our global and local compensation programs in the DACH region. You make sure everything goes around – from bonus campaigns to Benefits to close cooperation with international teams. If you want to actively shape the HR world with your know-how, optimize processes and shine as a key player for reward topics, we look forward to you!

Your IMPACT: Control global and local reward campaigns in the DACH region (e.g. STIP, SIP, WESOP, bonus payments, Benefits). Communication and reporting on remuneration issues within the HR community incl. Presentations and regular updates. Close cooperation with the Total Rewards Manager DACH and daily exchange with Payroll, the Global Reward Hub in India and other international stakeholders. Contact person for HR Business Partner in the DACH region and care of the “Reward One-stop-shop”. Ensuring process compliance and best practice exchange with European HRS teams and the EMEA Reward Services Manager. Our offer: Work with purpose! Your profile: Comprehensive experience in at least one of the HR services areas: Payroll or Rewards. Proven experience in project and/or process management in the DACH region. Necessary skills: collaboration, networking, persuasiveness, finding win-win solutions also in competing priorities. Current knowledge of German and English.
