You enter our existing customers with vision, build trusted relationships and develop individual, future-oriented solutions together with them. You don't understand yourself as a pure respondent, but as a strategic partner (w/m/d) at eye level. You go proactively to potential customers, identify market potentials and build new, resilient partnerships. You leave the path and convince with authenticity and expertise. Whether in product presentations, contract negotiations or project talks – you are confident, find the right words and brings conclusions to success in a targeted and fair manner. You will keep track of current market and industry trends, identify relevant developments and guide effective sales strategies. Your analytical view ensures that we are always one step ahead. You work closely with our internal teams of marketing, technology and service to provide our customers with a seamless and excellent overall experience. You have a successfully completed degree in business, economics or a comparable qualification – ideally focusing on sales, marketing or customer management. You bring comprehensive experience in sales or key account management, ideally in the field of contract logistics or in the world of industrial spare parts (Aftermarket Industrial Goods). Communication and negotiation skills – you can inspire people, argue in a sound manner and communicate complex content in a comprehensible way. A customer-oriented way of working with a sense of individual requirements – you listen, recognize needs and develop customized solutions. Own responsibility, hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial action – you are putting ideas into practice and tackling where necessary. Very good knowledge of German and English – so that you can move in our international environment. Travel readiness – you are happy to be on the move to serve our customers as much as possible.
