Payment: In your role as a Payroll expert, you are responsible for a correct and timely payment by SAP for the BRUNATA-METRONA as well as its affiliates in compliance with statutory and operational regulations. Advice and support: You are the central contact person for our executives and employees on all issues relating to pay billing, on company social benefits and occupational pension provision. In addition, you actively support the monitoring of audits. Communication with authorities: You also take external exchanges with social security institutions, authorities and health insurance companies and are responsible for electronic data exchange. Reporting and Documentation: You are creating personalised certificates, standard reports, ad hoc evaluations and statistics. With your expertise you support the monthly and annual work. SAP Process Optimization: Together with your colleagues, you continuously develop the payroll processes and the SAP system. You carry out system testing, among others, according to SAP patches, PA (administration), PY (content accounting), PT (time management) and the employee portal. You work closely with the IT department and other interfaces and proactively introduce your well-founded SAP know-how. HR Projects: With your professional experience and active cooperation, you successfully drive our HR projects and the digitalization of pay billing.
