Developing Microsoft 365: You configure, integrierst and optimise Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and other M365 services for modern and productive cooperation. Making AI productively usable: you technically introduce Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agencies and other AI services and translate concrete requirements into safe and sustainable solutions. Intelligently automating processes: You develop media-break-free workflows with interfaces and reusable components and connect existing platforms to each other. Completely implement solutions: You think architecture, identities, authorizations, security, monitoring and documentation from the outset and ensure a stable and scalable operation. Create a common effect: You work closely with technical and technical experts, explain technical possibilities in a comprehensible manner and consistently bring solutions into use.

You have a well-founded practical experience in the Microsoft-365 environment and can configure, integrate and develop services independently. You understand the technical connections between identities, authorizations, end devices, collaboration services and interfaces and develop secure and sustainable solutions. You bring experience with automation and workflows. You are passionate about new technologies and want to not only test them, but make them usable safely and productively. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented, document your solutions cleanly and keep track of complex technical dependencies. You can explain technical possibilities in a comprehensible way, listen carefully to users and departments and develop sustainable solutions together in the team. You don't have to master any tool that's already in detail. A strong technical foundation, willingness to learn and the need to take responsibility for working solutions are crucial.
