HR consulting: You are the first contact person in the branch for executives and employees in all HR questions – in close cooperation with the regional HR manager (m/w/d) and our central HR department in Hamburg. Recruiting & Onboarding: You control the entire application process at the location – from the personnel requirement to the successful onboarding – and make sure that we win the right talents in the commercial and commercial sectors. Personal marketing: You identify the best location-specific recruiting channels, develop targeted strategies and further develop our personal marketing measures. HR projects: You actively contribute to local and central HR projects, such as the creation of our event calendar or annual talent management processes. Personal administration: You ensure efficient and smooth HR administration.

Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in Business Administration with HR reference. Professional experience: Human Resources experience, ideally focusing on recruiting professional employees, personnel management, and knowledge in labour law. Technical know-how: Experience in dealing with time management systems (e.g. SAP, ZEUS). Personality: High level of social competence, team spirit and strong communication strength. Working method: solution-oriented, binding working method combined with a pronounced service mentality.
