Ensuring high craft quality and precise execution Responsible organisation of your work area and your work processes Active cooperation with polishing, construction management and colleagues Contribute to a safe, neat and efficient construction site sequence guiding a small column or Guide to helpers and colleagues Construction site preparation, e.g. material disposition, measurement and installation of the work area Direct handling of customers, construction managers and contractors Self-employed execution of all masonry and concrete works on our construction sites in the vicinity Create masonry in a conventional construction or in a thin-bed mortar process Production of veneering brickwork in high quality shells, reinforcements and concretes of foundations, slabs, falls, under- and coatings, cellar walls, etc. Independent implementation of plans, drawings and technical specifications Assembly and displacement of finished parts in the wall and concrete construction (e.g. falls, formwork elements) Implementation of repair and repair work on existing structures

Complete vocational training as a mason or concrete builder Experience in the independent implementation of construction plans and technical specifications Driving class B or BE, also C Safe handling of common tools, construction machines and formwork systems Knowledge of masonry construction and concrete construction (required) Professional experience (required, but not mandatory): Multiannual activity in the construction or construction routine in independent operation and efficient construction site organization Personal characteristics: Friendly and confident appearance punctuality, reliability and sense of responsibility Teamability and respectful handling High readiness and careful working Learning readiness and motivation to develop professionally Additional qualifications (of advantage, but no need): Operating permissions for construction machines / telescopic loaders / forklifts Knowledge of occupational safety and building site logistics
